Team Registration
Register your team for tournaments and manage registration status.
Registration Overview
Team registration allows teams to:
- Sign Up for Tournaments: Register to participate
- Meet Requirements: Ensure team meets tournament requirements
- Get Approved: Receive approval to participate
- Participate: Compete in registered tournaments
Registering for a Tournament
Step 1: Find Tournament
- Navigate to tournament page
- Check if registration is open
- Review tournament requirements
- Ensure your team meets requirements
Step 2: Start Registration
- Click "Register" or "Register Team" button
- Select your team (if you have multiple teams)
- Or create new team during registration
Step 3: Complete Registration
If Team Exists:
- Select your team from list
- Verify team information
- Check roster is complete
- Submit registration
If Creating New Team:
- Enter team name and slug
- Upload team logo (optional)
- Team is created and registered
- Complete registration
Step 4: Wait for Approval
- Registration submitted
- Status: Pending (if approval required)
- Admin/staff reviews registration
- Team approved or rejected
- Receive notification of decision
Registration Requirements
Team Requirements
Teams must meet:
- Complete Roster: All required players registered
- Team Status: Team must be active
- Team Captain: Captain must be set
- Team Information: Complete team profile
Tournament Requirements
Tournaments may require:
- Rank Requirements: Minimum/maximum rank
- Discord Link: Players must link Discord
- Team Size: Minimum/maximum players
- Rank Balance: Team rank distribution rules
Player Requirements
Players must:
- Link Riot Account: Have verified Riot account
- Meet Rank Requirements: Be within rank limits
- Link Discord (if required): Have Discord linked
- Complete Profile: Have complete player profile
Registration Status
Status Types
Teams can have different registration statuses:
- Pending: Registration submitted, awaiting approval
- Registered: Registration approved, can participate
- Rejected: Registration not approved
- Withdrawn: Team withdrew from tournament
Checking Status
View registration status:
- Go to tournament page
- Find your team in registered teams list
- Check status badge or indicator
- Or go to team page and view registrations
Registration Approval
For Administrators/Staff
Reviewing Registrations:
- Go to tournament → Teams tab
- View pending registrations
- Review team information
- Check requirements met
- Approve or reject
Approval Criteria:
- Team meets all requirements
- Roster is complete
- Rank requirements satisfied
- All players verified
Approval Process
Approve Team:
- Find team with "Pending" status
- Click "Approve" or change status
- Team status updates to "Registered"
- Team can now participate
Reject Team:
- Find team to reject
- Click "Reject" or change status
- Provide reason (optional)
- Team status updates to "Rejected"
Withdrawing from Tournament
For Team Captains
Withdraw Registration:
- Go to tournament page
- Find your team registration
- Click "Withdraw" or "Cancel Registration"
- Confirm withdrawal
- Team status updates to "Withdrawn"
When to Withdraw:
- Team cannot participate
- Schedule conflicts
- Roster issues
- Other reasons
Note: Withdrawn teams can re-register if registration is still open.

Before Registering
- Review Requirements: Check all tournament requirements
- Complete Roster: Ensure roster is full
- Verify Players: Check all players meet requirements
- Check Schedule: Ensure team can commit
- Prepare Information: Have team information ready
During Registration
- Read Carefully: Read all registration information
- Complete Accurately: Fill in all information correctly
- Upload Logo: Add team logo if possible
- Verify Details: Double-check all information
- Submit Promptly: Register before deadline
After Registration
- Monitor Status: Check registration status
- Respond Promptly: Respond to approval requests
- Update Roster: Keep roster current
- Stay Informed: Watch for tournament updates
- Prepare: Prepare for tournament start
Common Issues
"Registration Not Open"
Problem: Cannot register for tournament
Solutions:
- Check registration is open
- Verify registration deadline hasn't passed
- Check tournament capacity (max teams)
- Ensure tournament is active
- Contact tournament organizers
"Team Requirements Not Met"
Problem: Team doesn't meet requirements
Solutions:
- Review tournament requirements
- Complete team roster
- Ensure players meet rank requirements
- Link Discord accounts if required
- Update team information
"Registration Already Exists"
Problem: Team already registered
Solutions:
- Check registration status
- Verify team is already registered
- Contact organizers if issue
- Check for duplicate registrations
"Cannot Withdraw"
Problem: Unable to withdraw registration
Solutions:
- Verify you're team captain
- Check tournament hasn't started
- Ensure withdrawal is allowed
- Contact organizers if needed
