Create and manage player profiles with Riot account information and statistics

Player Profiles

Create and manage player profiles. Link Riot accounts, view statistics, and manage player information.

Player Profile Overview

A player profile includes:

  • Riot Account: Linked Riot account (Game Name and Tag)
  • Rank Information: Current rank in Solo/Duo and Flex queues
  • Statistics: Performance statistics across games
  • Team Memberships: Teams the player is on
  • Tournament History: Tournaments participated in

Creating a Player Profile

Automatic Creation

When Profile is Created:

  • Account Linking: When you link Riot account
  • Team Registration: When joining a team
  • Tournament Participation: When participating in tournaments
  • Game Import: When games are imported with your PUUID

Manual Creation

For Administrators:

  1. Navigate to player management
  2. Click "Create Player"
  3. Enter player information
  4. Link Riot account (optional)
  5. Save player

Profile Information

Riot Account Information

Account Details:

  • Game Name: Your League of Legends summoner name
  • Tag Line: Your Riot tag (e.g., #NA1)
  • PUUID: Unique Riot player identifier
  • Region: Your primary region

Rank Information

Rank Data:

  • Solo/Duo Rank: Rank in Solo/Duo queue
    • Tier (Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Master, etc.)
    • Division (IV, III, II, I)
    • League Points (LP)
  • Flex Rank: Rank in Flex queue
    • Same structure as Solo/Duo
  • Rank History: Historical rank changes

Player Statistics

Performance Stats:

  • Games Played: Total games
  • Win/Loss Record: Wins and losses
  • KDA: Kill/Death/Assist ratio
  • Average Stats: CS, damage, gold, etc.
  • Position Performance: Stats by position

Viewing Your Profile

Accessing Profile

  1. Log in to platform
  2. Navigate to "Profile" or your profile page
  3. View complete profile information

Profile Display

Profile Shows:

  • Account Information: Riot account details
  • Current Ranks: Solo/Duo and Flex ranks
  • Statistics: Performance statistics
  • Teams: Teams you're a member of
  • Tournaments: Tournaments you've participated in

Updating Profile

Updating Information

For Players:

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Click "Edit Profile" or "Settings"
  3. Update information
  4. Save changes

Editable Fields:

  • Riot account (via linking)
  • Profile information
  • Preferences

Rank Updates

Automatic Updates:

  • Ranks update automatically from Riot API
  • Updated when games are imported
  • Refreshed periodically
  • Manual refresh available

Manual Refresh:

  1. Go to profile
  2. Click "Refresh Rank" or similar
  3. System fetches latest rank from Riot
  4. Rank updates

Profile Features

Team Memberships

View Teams:

  • Current Teams: Teams you're currently on
  • Team Roles: Your role on each team
  • Team History: Past teams

Tournament History

View Tournaments:

  • Registered Tournaments: Tournaments you're registered for
  • Participated Tournaments: Tournaments you've played in
  • Tournament Results: Results and standings

Statistics

Performance Data:

  • Overall Statistics: Overall performance
  • Tournament Statistics: Performance by tournament
  • Match Statistics: Performance by match
  • Position Statistics: Performance by position

Best Practices

Profile Management

  • Link Riot Account: Link your Riot account for full features
  • Keep Updated: Ensure rank information is current
  • Complete Profile: Fill in all relevant information
  • Verify Information: Check information is accurate

Account Linking

  • Link Early: Link account before registering for tournaments
  • Verify Account: Ensure account is verified
  • Keep Linked: Maintain linked account
  • Update if Changed: Update if Riot account changes

Common Issues

"Cannot view profile"

Problem: Unable to access profile

Solutions:

  • Verify you're logged in
  • Check profile exists
  • Refresh the page
  • Verify permissions

"Rank not updating"

Problem: Rank information not current

Solutions:

  • Refresh rank manually
  • Check Riot account is linked
  • Verify Riot API access
  • Wait for automatic update

"Statistics not showing"

Problem: Statistics not displaying

Solutions:

  • Verify games have been imported
  • Check you've played in tournaments
  • Ensure Riot account is linked
  • Wait for statistics calculation
