Tournament Defaults

Configure system-wide tournament defaults that are used when creating new tournaments.

Tournament Defaults Overview

Tournament defaults provide:

  • Default Values: Pre-filled values for new tournaments
  • Consistency: Consistent tournament settings
  • Time Saving: Saves time during creation
  • Standardization: Standardized tournament configuration

Default Settings

Region Defaults

Region Settings:

  • Default Region: Default tournament region (e.g., NA, EUW)
  • Region Options: Available regions
  • Region Validation: Region validation

Timezone Defaults

Timezone Settings:

  • Default Timezone: Default timezone (e.g., America/New_York)
  • Timezone Options: Available timezones

Season Defaults

Configuring Defaults

Step 1: Access System Settings

  1. Go to admin dashboard
  2. Navigate to "System Settings"
  3. Find "Tournament Defaults" section
  4. Defaults displayed

Step 2: Modify Defaults

  1. Change default values as needed
  2. Select from dropdown options
  3. Enter values for text fields
  4. Review changes

Step 3: Save Defaults

  1. Click "Save" or "Update Defaults"
  2. Defaults saved
  3. New tournaments use defaults
  4. Changes apply immediately
